By accessing scenewonderstack.baby, downloading our software products (including AetherDMX Pro or LuminaMap 3D), or deploying our visual control hardware, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not deploy or utilize Scenewonderstack visual software or physical appliances.
2. Software Licensing & Usage Limits
All software binaries, firmware images, and control GUI interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of Scenewonderstack Visual Systems Ltd. Licensees are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to operate the software on designated hardware nodes.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract protocol kernels from node firmware.
- Software evaluation licenses are valid solely for non-commercial staging pre-visualization and trial periods.
- Live commercial tour deployment requires a fully active enterprise license key bound to verified hardware serial numbers.
3. Safety & Operational Liability
Stage automation, kinetic rigging controls, and high-power laser mapping involve physical equipment risks. Operators are solely responsible for ensuring that physical hardware setups comply with local structural and electrical safety regulations (including ESTA and ANSI standards). Scenewonderstack Visual Systems Ltd is not liable for structural damage, physical injury, or show delay costs resulting from improper rigging or hardware deployment.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
